Building Materials Service:

Tiling : Best quality mosaic chips are used for both cast-in-site and terrazzo tilling. Reinforced Concrete Materials: Grade 60 reinforcing bar manufactured from imported billet is used for Tajrin Builders (Pvt.) Ltd projects. Best quality cement is used for all the projects.

Bricks : Gas burnt bricks in automated machines are used as opposed to conventionally burnt bricks. This ensures the high quality of the bricks which are uniform in size, color and strength. These bricks are also weather resistant and environment friendly.

Cement : We use Holcim (Bangladesh) Ltd cement and Crown Cement. We are the corporate user of these two cement company.

Kitchen and Bathroom : High quality granite is used for kitchen and bathroom. Ceramic tiles from Spain, Italy and other European origin are usually used for floors and walls. In all bath and kitchen best quality European origin sanitary wares and fittings are used.

Doors : Entrance doors are made from decorative solid teak. Internal doors are of strong and durable veneer French polish flash door.

Electrical Fittings : All electrical fittings are produced from European companies. Extra power points are given for added convenience. Build in best quality imported distribution boards are provided. FR ( Fair Ressistence) Wire.

Mechanical Components: Lifts are imported from Germany, France and Italy. Some lifts made by Mitsubishi of Japan are also used.

Others : Paint / floor finish / plumbing fixers / aluminum / grills / railings / bath & kitchen finish / electrical fixers and fittings/ community facilities / reception and driveway in ground floor / frontage and landscape/ security system, adequate lighting etc. everywhere the best quality imported materials are used.
